UPDATE 4/22: Turns out the four speakers at last night's board meeting were all Democrats who spoke out against the “Manboob 4 + Baverso” decision to proceed with the extravagant stadium that will have a serious impact on the elderly and indigent. After the meeting, these Democrats told Shawna that they felt lied to by the Manboob 5 when they were promised during their campaigning that they would be “Reasonable, Responsible, and Respectful.” No fucking shit, ladies. You’ve been Democrats all your lives and only now you realize that Democrats lie to you??? And one of them at the meeting indicated that “at election time [she’ll] work very hard to vote all of you out.” How about you get your Democrat friends mobilized for the election in two years and tell them to support the fiscally-responsible Republicans who will run. Oh, sorry, no Republicans are going to run because Norwin is a lost cause. You had a chance and blew it. Just like a cock-hungry Norwin swinger, I know you’ve been eagerly anticipating having a new article thrust down your throat. A truth load, as always. I was waiting for more content to build up before using this style format, which is why this FAQing humor was delayed. And I realize that my humor would be so much funnier if it wasn’t a truthful representation of the sad state of affairs in Norwin.
Is it true that you are not running for school board?
I’m not running and neither are the other Republicans. Let me preface this by saying that I had no intention of actually winning again. I only put my name into the ring as a natural continuity of my existing position. The Republican side couldn't even find a full set of four candidates to run since the consensus was that this election was a futile endeavor since the Manboob 5 would have a majority at least for another two years as it would only be the next election in 2027 that would allow a five person (out of nine) majority to control the board. Therefore, I did the bare minimum: I got the 10 required signatures, I signed an affidavit that I would not be spending more than $250 (actually, intending to spend $0 and 0 minutes of my time on a non-existent campaign), and had someone else file the petition. I knew that even if I won in the primary that no Republican on our side would win in November due to the prior factors that resulted in the Republicans losing in 2023.
With respect to the petition challenge, it was brought by MindDojo founder, Biden-lovin’ and LGBTQRSTUV+ (actually, a big MINUS on all those letters) supporter “Republican” Justin Lokay. Norwin is a RINO paradise where so many call themselves Republicans, when they are anything but.
However, this time I didn't recognize him when he walked into the courtroom looking emaciated - poor guy. Was it the Reiki spirits at his MindBlowjo who have taken their toll on him by haunting him for hosting an anti-semite? If Summer Lee knew that the MindBlowjo doesn't accept any Medicaid (per its FAQ page) she would be protesting with her BLM thugs outside the Colony Building. How else can the indigent and financially marginalized minorities be healed with "sound bath therapy, brain spotting, and energy?” Are these “world class” pseudoscience treatments only reserved for prominent woketards? For someone who uses pronouns, this place seems very non-inclusive.
If Summer Lee visited with BLM, Shuster Custom Homes, next door, would be wondering if BLM is there protesting their business for not building affordable homes for needy people. I always envisioned beautifully bricked 400 sq ft Section 8 housing in the proposed development lot in Altman Farms to give those entitled NIMBYs living on Castleview Drive something else to complain about. But I digress.
Anyway, it was a bizarre proceeding in which the two hired attorneys (assumingly paid for by Soros-money via Voice of Westmoreland's mission to subvert Norwin, as evidenced by the presence in the courtroom of VOW's Diana Gray). Oh, poor Justin - being used as a pawn to further VOW’s agenda. The judge pressed Justin on his quote he made to the Trib as to why he challenged the Petition: “I figured I would do [Mr. Detschelt] a favor in return [for him challenging one of my preferred prior candidates].” The judge admonished Justin for using the resources of the Court to further a personal grudge. Four out of the five bizarre claims (like a defamatory assertion that was then republished in the Trib of me not being an attorney) made by Mr. Lokay were dismissed or withdrawn. The one that stuck, was an odd one that used a 1996 PA Supreme Court case that held that the relevant portion of the election code required that a signatory needs to print the entire line (not just the signature) on their petition in their own handwriting. I didn’t interpret the statute to be read so broadly, but it is what it is and the case law supporting that interpretation stands. Therefore, two signatures were stricken and the Petition was deemed invalid.
Here’s the problem I have with continuing to follow this bad precedent: voter disenfranchisement. If a voter in a household is unable to completely and clearly fill out the petition line (relating to printed name, address, and date), in their own handwriting, then another individual living with them is not permitted to fill in that information for them. This means that the elderly, those with vision impairments, paralyzed veterans, those having reduced fine-motor control, amputees, severe Trisomy 21 individuals (I would never use the word ‘retard’ to refer to these individuals - I only use it when referring to libtards or stupid people), etc. would not be able to participate in the petition process if they can’t legibly write in the remaining information. And if the information after their signature is not clearly written, then the petition will be challenged on the basis of illegibility that prevents matching the signature to a legitimate person living at an address that cannot be deciphered.
The PA Supreme Court feels that this can be addressed by wheeling into court the bed-ridden octogenerian to testify that this in fact is his signature or having the paraplegic being required to write even more by filling out an affidavit indicating that he authorized someone else to complete the information after his signature for him. It’s bad law. Where is the communist ACLU standing up for voter rights or do they only focus on helping out Democrat voters in the "jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle" (as described by racist Democrats like ex-Resident Pudding Brain Biden)? Someone get PA State Rep. Rasel on the case to push forth new legislation that fixes this.
So now Norwin will have four more “bi-partisan” leftards on the school board (having cross-filed on both Democrat and Republican sides). It doesn’t change the voting dynamic - you’re still fucked for two more years since the majority here are low IQ and fell for the bi-partisan bullshit or were just apathetic and didn’t come out to vote in 2023. You still have to suffer with increased taxes and bad decision-making until 2028. But, realistically, you’ll be fucked even after that since there won’t ever be another true Republican on that board - Mrs. Ilagan and Mr. Detschelt are the last ones. I’ll go into more detail on all of this in the next article.
Do the four [Manboob 5] members really have bigger titties than the woman they ran with?
The District, being the ever-wasteful institution that "doesn't operate in the real world" (a quote attributed to the prior Superintendent, Jeffrey Taylor) decided to hire an outside law firm, at taxpayer expense, to investigate this very assertion. Of course, that was done after the Board decided to censure me for making this assertion as a private citizen, on a private blog, on my own time, without District resources. And the strange thing about this (confirming that the District does in fact not operate in the real world) is that this VERY same issue of retaliation against a private citizen is currently being litigated and for which an amended complaint was filed a month prior to this SECOND censure, in which the issue of the first censure was raised as a retaliatory act! OK, look, I know this goes over your heads, so let's just get back to talking about titty comparisons.
But first, as an attorney, I know one needs to zealously represent one's client, but I can't believe that the District's solicitor, Russ, gave a nod of approval to the Board's second censure in light of the pending litigation on the EXACT SAME FUCKING LEGAL ISSUE. He's probably thinking: "I can't believe I work for these retards, but these lawsuits and issues provide steady billable hours and they pay my invoice on time, so who am I to complain that I work for retards."
Here's what I think happened. Board member Mr. Detschelt, was able to make a female board member see that the Manboob 4(?) is self-serving, furthering special interests, and doesn’t give a shit about the community, which is contrary to their campaign promises. Mr. Detschelt made a good case why the proposed stadium was fiscally irresponsible and suggested a $15 million or less alternative. This female board member, was so impressed by Mr. Detschelt's care for all community members who can't afford yearly tax increases due to extravagant wants, not needs, that she voted to approve that the architectural firm (which surprisingly is paid a percentage of what the project costs!) come back with plans for the alternative stadium. The Manboob 4 was shocked that this board member was compromised and began to work her back into their fold (not literally their fat folds). When I made the titty comparison comment, she assumingly was going to walk away, as titty comparison comments were not promised to her by the Manboob 4 when she ran. To placate her, they decided, assumingly much to the objection of Russ, to censure me so that they can win back her affection and continue on their quest of fucking over taxpayers.
I'll let the screenshots do the talking. Mr. Detschelt shared these with me because he was confused as to why the District is investigating the protected speech of a private citizen and emailing him about it.
Upon receipt of this letter, and confirming my suspicion (yeah, right… like I needed confirmation) of retarded, communist, faggots indeed being responsible for driving policy for the education of our District’s children, I emailed Russ:
Mr. Detschelt was then informed that a super-secret letter, below, was sent to the other board members. How non-inclusive of them!
Ignore the harmful and false accusation of “public sexual harassment, ableism, and intimidation” and focus on Russ saying that this matter “involves two board members.” It most certainly doesn’t, because Mr. Detschelt never made any such statements concerning this individual. I, however, did say that “the four [Manboob 5 members] have bigger titties than the woman they ran with.” The Board took a baseless and defamatory complaint seriously, republished the defamation outside of the Board by virtue of the censure (resulting in further broadcast through media attention), and used taxpayer funds to investigate this baseless and defamatory complaint. The Board should have been advised that I made the statement as a private individual and that I have no contractual employer-employee relationship with the District that would subject me to disciplinary action. Bottom line: they have no authority to investigate the speech of a private citizen.
Then, last week, Mr. Detschelt received the following email from Russ:
An attorney once told me that just because your clients are retards, that it doesn’t mean you need to go along with their retardation. Actually, I don’t even know what gobbledygook backtracking is attempted with this email since Mr. Detschelt never made any statement - Mr. Detschelt doesn’t care what you have to say because it doesn’t concern him (except the fact that you are wasting the resources of the taxpayers whom he represents). However, it very much concerns me, which is why I wrote back to Russ:
Was this outside law firm not informed that an educated person is not going to fall for cautionary warnings by biased individuals who want to abridge free speech critical of their actions? If you think you have an action against a private citizen’s free speech, then bring it. Oh, oh, wait, the Board already did - it censured me… again. And although Russ told the Board that “he considers this matter to be resolved,” it is far from fucking resolved as far as I’m concerned.
Is it true that Mr. Detschelt has been attending the minimum number of school meetings required under the School Code since the fall?
Yes, however, he has attended all meetings that implicated taxpayers or the students, such as ones relating to fiscally irresponsible planning or spending such as the auditorium and stadium (discussed in more detail, below). Mr. Detschelt wants to maintain his impeccable record of voting in line with his campaign promises, a record shared by only one other current board member, Shawna Ilagan. But why is Mr. Detschelt bothering to even vote if the Manboob 5 and RINO majority will negate his vote. Because he’s principled and not a phony fuck like the others on the Board and so many others in Norwin.
Why is Mr. Detschelt not attending board meetings in person?
Mr. Detschelt had intended to continue attending in-person the minimum number of meetings required, but then this happened:
This was from a Norwin student’s account to Mr. Detschelt’s board account. Mr. Detschelt was questioning whether this truly was an unstable student (what normal student would use their Norwin account to email someone something like this?) who is capable of who knows what OR was it a student who was just indoctrinated by their libtarded parents (like the kids living on Adele Drive) into the hatred of Mr. Detschelt? Mr. Detschelt emailed the District to inform them of their problem:
It's not coincidental that this student’s email was sent just hours after the board published the meeting agenda indicating censure of me, a private citizen, in view of a baseless and defamatory complaint. An unsafe environment was created by the District's own doing. It is the District that is attempting to prevent me from performing my constitutional right of representation of an electorate. The District cannot ensure my safety. Since then, Mr. Detschelt has phoned into meetings, with the most recent one being the vote on the stadium bids. Last week, Mr. Detschelt contacted the board secretary, as he has done in the past, asking for the dial-in information for the next meeting and received the following response:
Knowing that there was a misunderstanding, Mr. Detschelt replied with the following:
Clearly, Mr. Detschelt was verklempt writing what should have been an unnecessary reply. All he wanted was to honor a dying man’s last wishes of not wanting his son-in-law to be surrounded by “retarded, communist faggots.” In his emotional state, Mr. Detschelt forgot to add the following to his email, so he followed up:
It’s such a shame that the Board has become such an unsafe environment for conservative voices. For a bunch of retarded, communist, faggots who cite diversity as a guiding principle, they surely don’t act as such when it comes to diversity of thought - thought that doesn’t agree with their thought. Mr. Detschelt received the following response:
Ahhh… nothing but compassion from a candidate who ran with “Reasonable, Responsible, and Respectful” as their campaign slogan (of course, reasonable, responsible, and respectful was never meant to be and has turned into fucking over taxpayers the first year they got into office with a max tax hike, then fucking them over last week with an extravagant stadium, and then fucking them over again a couple months ago with an extravagant auditorium project). An hour later, a follow-up email appears:
Use whatever euphemism you want, you spring chicken who wasn’t born yesterday, but I’m guessing that some words were hurled by Russ. Probably something along the lines of “Jesus fucking Christ, Bill, you retard. You don’t think he’s baiting you and wants to just add another cause of action to his action-item list. Look, I don’t give a shit about your retaliatory actions that just keep bringing in more and more business for my firm, but you fucking morons are continuing to give Norwin bad publicity based on your actions alone, and not those of Mr. Detschelt’s. Stop it!” Since Mr. Detschelt's father-in-law's wish about not wanting Mr. Detschelt surrounded by retarded, communist, faggots was eventually honored, an email of gratitude was needed.
Mr. Detschelt’s tears of sorrow referenced above have been transformed into tears of joy, still profusely streaming out of his sweat pores. He should probably get that checked out and claim an ADA disability for June’s meeting while still aware of the District having created an unsafe environment for him through its censure… notwithstanding the retaliation that can only be redressed, again, in court. Retarded, communist, faggots, indeed.
Is it true that board member Christine Baverso has turned into a RINO?
No. This is absolutely untrue and the rumors need to stop. Christine Baverso has not turned into a RINO because one can't turn into a RINO if one has always been one. It's unfortunate that the RINO qualities only manifest themselves later, like when Mrs. Baverso joined the Manboob 5 at Applebee's to celebrate the last board meeting of the 2024 school year, which was the SAME meeting the Manboob 5 voted to fuck over Norwin by raising taxes to the max limits allowed by law. Did you know that Norwin has the highest-sales liquor store in all of Westmoreland County?
Seriously! Although the low-IQ actions of Norwin swingers puts them in the category of monkeys, rabbits, and mice (what company to be in!) whose priority it is to constantly fuck someone new, I believe that they still need something extra to get over undesirable physical attributes to get down to the business of breaking those marriage vows. My understanding is that Norwin coincidentally has a very disproportionate domestic disturbance police call-out rate compared to other municipalities (it even has to break up three-way fist fights between swinging teachers according to this police report… that I won’t link to because I’m a nice guy, of course). We also have a very high, disproportionate per capita presence of banks, car parts stores, and car washes, which I always thought was very odd. But not as odd as three vape shops opening up within a mile stretch in under a year. And the same five fast food joints since 1972 that now satiate the munchies of the high class clientele of the marijuana dispensary next door. And Norwin has been designated as a heavy drug-trafficking corridor. Put it all together and… I honestly don’t know what it means - drunk and stoned, high caloric intake raging swingers, laundering drug money to buy car parts for their lifted Jeep Wranglers?
Thankfully, Nick Carozza is investigating (I’m off FB, so I only see what people send me). Funny guy and a wronged guy. He’s obviously dealing with retards of a different breed than the ones I’m dealing with, but retards nonetheless (with one exception on that commissioners board). I’m surprised that his retards don’t understand the difference between “obscene language” and “profanity” (the latter being protected and PA state troopers having been educated on that by the ACLU about 15 years ago) when they decided to escort him from a designated public forum podium prior to his time being up. He may also want to look into the FB comment made by ex-President Commissioner Jason Atwood. I’m sure this will be yet another instance of Norwin taxpayers incurring legal fees for defending against Constitutional violations by elected retards.
So what now?
Clearly, the “conservatives" of Norwin who don’t support campaigns, don’t attend meetings (unless you’re a NIMBY at a commissioner meeting), and don’t vote, have no interest in having a conservative voice represent them. Contrast this to what the true conservatives of Latrobe have done with their school board. So why should I give a shit if nobody else does?
I couldn't pass a policy as was intended at the first meeting back in January 2022 where it was amended by RINO Ray Kocak. This trend continued with the other RINOs on the board: Darlene Ciocca, Joanna Jordan, and RINO Ray sabotaging everything the only true Republicans: Bob Wayman, Shawna Ilagan, and I wanted to achieve. Christine Baverso couldn’t be trusted to consistently vote along Republican lines with her fence-sitting and easily-influenced, crowd-pleasing desire. It became a chore to try to convince those you thought were “Republicans” to… you know… vote as Republicans!
The ultimate showing of “Norwin being Norwin” occurred this month when RINO Christine Baverso sided with the ManBoob 4 (Mr. Shrum may have recognized the financial impact on the teachers and taxpayers - whether this was a deck chair rearranging game by the Manboob 5, I will never know) to indebt this and future generations on the new stadium (and auditorium project voted on earlier this year). The new stadium only serves as a bragging showcase for fat and psychopathic band mommies (it’s certainly not for the most losing football team in WPIAL history). These monuments to stupidity are being built with extravagance not even seen in Division I colleges having hundreds of millions in endowments, as opposed to the almost $100 million indebted Norwin (not counting the new projects, which will surely experience cost overruns like every Norwin project in the past). Elderly Democrats (who hate strongly dislike me) came to the meeting after having posted flyers around town to get people to speak against the stadium vote since they appear to understand the financial impact this decision has on the community. But, sadly, nobody really showed up from either side.
This stadium vote was what sealed the futility of being on the Board for me. RINO Christine Baverso caused the majority vote on the stadium. Had she voted as a true Republican and Mr. Shrum stuck with his ‘No’ vote, the District would have been forced to accept the much cheaper stadium option. So why bother being on the Board if you’re getting screwed by your own side? There is nothing that can be achieved by being on the Board as a true Republican, especially when you need to contend with a community that will vote against their own best interest (or not vote at all). It’s time to face reality, Norwin. The younger, woke leftards with their RINO counterparts will have taken over this community in about 5 years. I’ll have left Norwin by then. I would suggest to those readers who share my beliefs that you make similar plans.
In the meantime, I need to leave the Board behind and will not be attending any more meetings after the budget vote in June (the Board will have the right to declare my position vacant after the September 15th meeting). I need to focus on a more productive approach to righting the wrongs with fed/state lawsuits, administrative body complaints with the State Ethics Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and even a letter to some nice, really-high up federal guy.

I expressed my sympathies in a prior article to those who had to make a decision between giving up medical autonomy or putting food on the table and those who were coerced into taking the clot shot to be able to interact with their own family.
It all came down to a personal choice for everyone and I can respect personal choices (even if I disagree with them) as long at they don’t affect others (e.g., you can be a faggot, but don’t push your faggotry onto kids). But know that I have no sympathies for those who had no respect for the medical choices of others. Everyone needs to live with the consequences of their own actions. However, for those of you who injected your kids with this bioweapon (like at the vaccine propagandist CCCP), I hope they can forgive you for being a retarded parent at best, criminally negligent at worst. Even the District actively participated in this crime against humanity (why would the District host a clot shot clinic when anyone could get jabbed at any of the 100 pharmacies in the area?), which should have made me realize back then that Norwin has sadly become an extension of Allegheny County - a lost cause, indeed.
